Get Involved

Arts on Main is always on the lookout for new artists, teachers, and volunteers!

If you are an artist and are interested in learning more about becoming a Gallery Artist with year-round representation in our gallery on Gloucester’s historic Main Street, contact Alisa Potter at gallerymanager@gloucesterarts.org  or  (804) 824-9464. She’ll be able to send you the application as well as more information about the juried process for Gallery Artists.

If you are interested in teaching arts classes, please contact Hanah Hailey at programs@gloucesterartsonmain.org or (804) 824-9464. We embrace all the arts and would love to hear from anyone interested in teaching painting, drawing, jewelry making, fiber arts, music, creative writing, performing arts, and more.

As a nonprofit, we are immensely grateful for the many volunteers who selflessly donate their time, talent, strength, and joy. If you’d like to be involved as a volunteer, please email volunteer@gloucesterartsonmain.org  or call (804) 824-9464. While our volunteer needs are regularly evolving, our current needs include:
