About Taste II
The Experience
Attendees at this casual evening can enjoy specialty dishes from local caterers and restaurants including Ember, Riverwalk, Water Steet Grille, Fiorello Italian Restaurant, and On the Flip Side. Dishes include oysters, tortelloni con funghi, vegetarian spring rolls and pancit, chocolate mouse, and more. Each ticket holder will also get two tickets for drinks, good for two beer/wine/soda drinks or one specialty cocktail/mocktail; additional drinks will be available for purchase.
In addition to small plates and tasty drinks, attendees can enjoy live music from local band RaJazz, try their hand at the culinary arts with cookie decorating, and join the fun at the chef's photo booth. There will be an art-themed scavenger hunt and ample seating for those wishing to explore or relax and enjoy.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Make an Impact
At Arts on Main, we envision growing a vibrant community for our residents, businesses, and visitors through inspiring arts experiences. But for too many people, the arts are unavailable because of cost or accessibility.
That’s why Arts on Main was established. As a nonprofit community arts organization, we have made it our mission to engage the community through inspiring arts experiences.
This mission is more than words. It is our purpose and promise–one we fulfill each day as we welcome everyone, regardless of their background, age, skill level, or experience with the arts. Each year, we serve thousands of Gloucester residents and visitors in connecting to the arts, and we look forward to continuing this work with your help.
Your Support is Vital
Every taste and ticket supports Arts on Main, your community arts nonprofit. Your sponsorship, contributions, and attendance, makes it possible for:
- Over 300 young artists to connect with the arts through our Youth Art Enrichment Programs, including Palette Pals and summer art camps and workshops
- Senior artists to engage with the arts through specialized classes as part of our Senior Art Enrichment Programs
- Changing monthly exhibits to bring award-winning and up and coming artists to Gloucester
- Virginia-based artists to support themselves through consigning their works and teaching classes
- Thousands of Gloucester residents and visitors to engage with the arts through classes, artist talks, workshops, exhibits, juried competitions, and more
Thank you
We are deeply grateful for all of our sponsors for Taste II. Their support makes this event possible and ensures that Arts on Main can continue to fulfill its mission of engaging the community through inspiring arts experiences.
